Each painting is created using bright acrylics in a simple form with perfect balance and deeply satisfying compositions. This distinctive style has Simon Laurie a number of prestigious art awards from the Scottish societies including: 'Teachers' Whisky Travel Award RGI; the Alexander Graham Munro Award RSW; and the John Cunningham Award at RGI Annual Exhibition.
