Robina Yasmin is well known as a highly collectable painter of zebras, giraffes and beach scenes. She is a past finalist in the Hunting Art Prizes at the Royal College of Art and the Discerning Eye at the Mall Galleries, London. Robina''s art works have also been shown at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition.

''Icarus'' shows Robina Yasmin''s careful observational skills and judicious use of colour and light to create a striking modern painting. The curious young Icarus looks at us while resting his head on his mother''s rump. The sunshine yellow background lends a contented glow to this art work.
